    HI,

What a great idea having this forum!! Thanks!!

Ok, I am needing some info on withdrawing a referral commission payment.

I tried today to do a cash payout for just one very small Referral commission payout, but I kept getting this message.

"You haven't enough in your balance to withdraw" or something like that.

H'mm I don't understand as FAQs says you can withdraw your Referral commission anytime.

    Thanks for any help Smile

did you check to which payment processor your referral used to upgrade? Because you can only referral commission to payment processor that your referral used. If you have checked it just click on Add Payout Detail and add your payment processor ID so you can be paid. Hope it helps.

I am trying to withdraw to STP which I have been using for both depositing and has had one payment cashed out automatically when the upgrade expired. So my STP details must be in there already eh. Do STP have a minimum withdrawal amount, or do you? Sorry I can't remember. I am only trying with draw a very small amount of $3.60.
So its isn't a big deal. I can wait a few more days until my next upgrade expires I guess. But would like to know what I am doing wrong too.

This is the error message I keep getting:

Error : Sorry your request is greater than available balance

    thanks
    sunny

OK!! But does that mean the Payout will go to Alert Pay which is the PP that my Referral used? Cause I wanted the payout to go to STP.

    Thanks for all your help.
